Product returns
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY – SPORTZONE
This policy governs the terms for withdrawal from purchase and return of goods bought from the SportZone online store, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. PERIOD FOR WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating a reason.
2. CONDITIONS BY PRODUCT CATEGORIES
Due to the nature of the goods offered at SportZone, the following specific rules apply:
- FOOD SUPPLEMENTS (Proteins, Creatine, Vitamins, etc.):
IMPORTANT: According to Art. 57, item 4 and 5 of the CPA, food supplements are NOT SUBJECT to return if the protective foil under the cap or the outer hermetic packaging has been opened. This is required for hygiene reasons and health protection. - EQUIPMENT (Boxing gloves, protectors, bandages):
Can only be returned if they have not been used for training. They must not show traces of sweat, odors, or impacts. They must be in their original box/packaging with all labels. - SPORTS CLOTHES:
Must be in their original commercial condition – unwashed, unworn (except for trying on) and without traces of cosmetics or perfume.
3. RETURN PROCEDURE
After your order status changes to Received, our system will automatically allow you to generate a return form for a single product or the entire order. You just need to log into your order and follow the steps.

- Send the product via courier (Speedy/Econt) to an address provided by us.
4. TRANSPORT COSTS
- Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.
- When exchanging a size (e.g., boxing gloves or clothes), transport costs in both directions are borne by the buyer.
- If the return is due to a defect or incorrectly sent product, SportZone covers the transport costs.
5. REFUND OF AMOUNTS
- The amount is refunded within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- The refund is made to the customer's bank account or to the card with which the payment was made.
