1. Seller Information

This website sport-zona.com is operated by SportZone BG Ltd, UIC: 202667884, with registered office and management address: Plovdiv, 85 Ruski Blvd., hereinafter referred to as "Seller".


2. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and the users (Clients) who use the platform for the purchase of food supplements, sports equipment and accessories.


3. Prices and Payment

All prices on the site are in euro including VAT.

Payment is made by:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Postal money order
  • Bank card or other methods integrated into the system

4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are carried out by courier companies Speedy or Econt.
  • The delivery period is from 24 to 72 hours, except in cases of public holidays or force majeure circumstances.
  • For delivery to a courier office, the shipment is stored according to the rules of the courier company (usually 7 days).

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Client has the right to withdraw within 14 days, with the following legal restrictions (Art. 57 of the CPA):

Food Supplements

Cannot be returned if the protective foil, hermetic packaging or cap have been unsealed after delivery. This is necessary for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Sports Equipment

Bandages, mouthguards, etc. cannot be returned if they have been used.

Clothes and Gloves

Can only be returned in original commercial condition, without signs of use, odors, sweat or washing.

Important: Shipping costs for returns are entirely at the expense of the Client.


6. Loyalty Program (Bonus Points)

  • Registered users accumulate bonus points with each completed order.
  • Points can be used for discounts on future purchases at SportZone.
  • Bonus points cannot be exchanged for real cash amounts.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change the rules of the bonus system at any time.

7. Personal Data Protection

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. The data is used solely for order fulfillment and legal reporting.


8. Complaints and Disputes

  • In case of problems with the shipment, the Client must contact the Seller immediately.
  • All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
  • If an agreement is not reached, the Client may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the online dispute resolution platform.
