L-Arginine 1000 is pure L-arginine in capsule form — 1000 mg per capsule. Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid and a precursor for nitric oxide (NO) in the body.

Why exactly for NO production

Nitric oxide is a molecule that dilates blood vessels. Wider vessels = more blood to the muscles during training = better pump, more nutrients and oxygen.

Realistic about Arginine

There's a nuance here. Standalone L-arginine is not absorbed as well as L-citrulline (which converts to arginine in the kidneys). But citrulline is significantly more expensive. Arginine works, you just need a higher dose — 3-6 g before training.
