Why you need professional flooring

Customers often come in who have started training judo or Brazilian jiu-jitsu. They spend 2-3 hours a day in the gym, or even more. At some point, they decide they want something at home to continue their training. Especially if they have children who also train. For children, it's important to have soft flooring to prevent injuries from falls. And for parents, it's important to be able to train freely without worrying about the floor.

How I choose

For this type of flooring, I rely on EVA foam. It needs to be high-density, at least 100-120 kg/m³. Thickness is also important; 20 mm is the minimum, but I recommend 30 mm or even 40 mm, especially if throws or falls are involved. Tatami puzzle mats are very convenient because they are easy to assemble and disassemble. You can create as large a surface as you need. It's important that they are two-colored so you can flip them and change color combinations if you get bored. And let's not forget that they must be non-slip so you don't slide during training.

What we offer

For professional flooring, and not only, you can find products from our brands SZ Fighters and SZ Sport. We have been producing them since 2007, and I know the quality we offer. We focus on durability and safety. We offer different thicknesses and densities so that everyone can choose what they need. We also have tatami puzzles specifically designed for martial arts and grappling.

A piece of advice from me

Do not compromise on the quality of the flooring. Good flooring will save you many injuries and allow you to train longer and more effectively.
