BCAA 6000 is a tablet form of the three branched-chain amino acids — leucine, isoleucine, and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. The 6000 mg dose is taken with 6 tablets.
Why a 2:1:1 ratio
This is the ratio found in natural muscle protein — it's not marketing, it's biochemistry. High 4:1:1 or 8:1:1 formulas burden liver metabolism without additional effect on muscle synthesis.
When it makes sense
- When training on an empty stomach — for example, morning cardio
- When on a diet with little animal protein
- During long workouts over 90 minutes
When it's unnecessary
If you eat enough protein (1.6-2.2 g/kg) and train in a fed state — BCAA will not add anything. A larger dose of EAA (all 9 essential amino acids) is a more logical investment in such a case.

Ingredients

Usage
