CLA 1000 Nutrex

CLA 1000 contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid — an omega-6 fatty acid naturally found in beef and dairy products from pasture-raised animals.

What CLA actually does

It promotes fat oxidation at the cellular level and slows down the enzyme that produces new fat cells. It's not a miracle — studies show a moderate effect (1-2 kg in 6 months with regular intake), but it's one of the few products with a real scientific basis for body composition.

When it's worth it

• When you eat primarily plant-based and don't get CLA from food
• In a maintenance phase after a diet — helps prevent regaining fat
• In recomp — can improve the muscle/fat ratio

Realistically

CLA is not a substitute for a caloric deficit. If you eat more than you burn, no capsule will make you lean. It works as an aid, not as a main strategy.
