What the main ingredients do

When to drink it
20-30 minutes before a heavy strength or interval workout. Do not drink after 4 PM if you value your sleep — caffeine has a half-life of 5-6 hours.
When not to
It's too stimulating for fasted cardio. For yoga or light exercise — unnecessary. If you have high blood pressure or palpitations — stay away.
Usage
Take one serving (6 grams) 20-30 minutes before training, dissolved in 200-250 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
