Lipo-6 Black is the original thermogenic formula that made Nutrex popular in the fat burner category. The classic regimen is 2 capsules — 1 in the morning, 1 in the middle of the day.

Why two doses

To maintain an elevated metabolic tone throughout the active part of the day, without a huge peak and crash. This is the difference from the Ultra Concentrate version, where the entire dose is in 1 capsule.
