Dosage and when I take them

I usually take my antioxidants before or after training. Resveratrol, for example, I drink in the evening, about 250 mg. I combine quercetin with vitamin C, 500 mg twice daily. Astaxanthin is more powerful, 4-8 mg daily is enough for me. I take 100-200 mg of CoQ10 in the morning for energy. I dose ALA (alpha-lipoic acid) 300-600 mg, often splitting it into two doses.
