Creatine Monohydrate Nutrex
Nutrex
Creatine Monohydrate Nutrex is the most researched supplement in sports nutrition — over 700 published studies on safety and efficacy. Unflavored, uncolored, just micronized creatine.
Why Monohydrate Exactly
On the market, there is creatine HCl, creatine nitrate, Kre-Alkalyn, and a dozen more forms. All claim to be "more absorbable" than monohydrate. The truth — none have shown better results in direct comparison. Monohydrate remains the gold standard.
What it Does
- Increases ATP stores in the muscle — more strength in short explosive efforts
- Enhances cellular hydration — muscle volume
- Improves recovery between sets
- Supports cognitive function (proven effect on short-term memory)
Dosing Without Unnecessary Misconceptions
5g every day for 4 weeks fills muscle stores to 100%. A loading phase of 20g daily for 5 days achieves the same in a shorter time, but strains the kidneys and often causes stomach discomfort. It's not worth it.
Micronized — What Does It Mean
Finer particles dissolve more easily in water and do not settle at the bottom of the glass. The effect on absorption and results is the same as with regular monohydrate.
Ingredients
Serving Size: 1 scoop (5 g)
Servings Per Container: 60 / 80 / 100 / 200 / 400 (depending on package size)

Usage
Recommended Intake Methods:
- 1. Intake with an initial loading phase:
- Loading phase (first 5-7 days): Take 1 serving (5 g) 4 times daily, spread throughout the day. For example: in the morning, before training, after training, and in the evening.
- Maintenance phase (after day 7): Take 1 serving (5 g) daily, preferably after training, along with a protein shake or fast carbohydrates for better absorption. On non-training days, take 1 serving in the morning.
- 2. Intake without a loading phase (continuous intake):
- Take 1 serving (5 g) daily. The most suitable time for intake is after training. On non-training days, take it at any time of the day. Results will occur more slowly (after about 3-4 weeks) but will be the same in the long term.
